1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using ACCELERAS ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
ACCELERAS generates lesson plan drafts using artificial intelligence. Generated content is a draft aid for professional educators: you are responsible for reviewing, adapting and verifying all content before classroom use. AI output may contain inaccuracies.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts that abuse the Service (automated scraping, resale of generation capacity, unlawful content) may be suspended.
4. Your content
You own the lesson plans you generate and the inputs you provide. You grant us only the rights needed to store and display them to you and to anyone you share them with. Plans are private unless you enable a public share link.
5. Plans and limits
Free accounts include a monthly generation limit. Paid tiers, where offered, are billed as described at purchase. We may adjust limits with reasonable notice; your stored content is never deleted because of a downgrade.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACCELERAS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
